As many of you will be aware, Kim is an experienced triathlete, who has achieved impressive results over all triathlon distances. Kim also brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in health & fitness gained from an extensive sporting background. Kim will use these skills to specialise in coaching our entry level athletes. We are excited to have Kim on board!

> Congratulations to one of our our newest athlete's, Tim Tinigiri, on a great race in the last of the Gatorade Series. Also to Kevin Choate on a terrific time at Run For The Kids in a time of 1hr 9 mins (he was aiming for 1hr 15 mins) and Tyrone Gannon who smashed out a PB of 58 mins!

CONGRATULATIONS to all Triathlon & Multisport Coaching athletes who competed in Sunday’s Ironman Asia-Pacific Championship Melbourne. There were some amazing results achieved including two athletes finishing in the Top 5 Overall Age Group Category (1st & 5th) which also saw them placed 21st & 27th outright. We also witnessed many awesome PB's, in some cases smashing them by 2 hours!
